In konsole type
mc
to run Midnight Commander
In mc click on
Right->Shell link...
and write
username@shell.sourceforge.net:/path
In my case
kwan-cz@shell.sourceforge.net:/home/groups/k/ke/kengine/htdocs/tutorial
connect to my web page directory
kwan-cz@shell.sourceforge.net:/home/users/k/kw/kwan-cz
connect to my home directory
If we can close an ftp connection we typing
cd
